- 英文摘要: Ten out of the twelve indica rice trisomics established at the International Rice Research Institutewere reexamined. The extra chromosome in a trisomic was determined by the way in which the multiva-lents were formed at pachytene and diakinesis and by the morphological similarity between the extrachromosome and the corresponding pair at somatic prometaphase. The results showed that five of thistrisomic series are truly primary, but that the numbering is not totally consistent with that of previouswork. The remaining five were found to be tertiary. This claim is supported by the observed prevalence ofthe extra chromosomes forming a different trivalent with two nonhomologous chromosomes, the pentava-lents that had been detected at meiotic prophase and the evidence obtained from detailed analysis of chro-mosomes at somatic prometaphase. Based on contributions from three laboratories, the authors discussthe possibility of unifying the chromosome numbering for rice species as a whole.
