- 中文摘要: 本研究旨在建構「教師理想角色與實際角色差距模式」。鑑於教師理想角色與實際角色問存有差距之事實、及當前的研究對此差距之原因及理論基礎尚未作較周延之探討。所以本研究乃先界定「教師理想角色與實際角色差距」之意義;其次,探討「理想角色與實際角色差距的理論基礎」;復次,回顧分析「教師理想角色與實際角色差距的實證研究」;最後則提出「教師理想角色與實際角色差距模式」,以作為說明、解釋、及驗證「教師理想角色與實際角色差距」之依據。
- 英文摘要: The purpose of this study was to construct a model of teacher role discrepancy that explains thephenomenon and causes between ideal teacher role and actual teacher role. In this study, the ideal role,actual role and role discrepancy were defined. Practical researches in literature with regard to the subjectwere reviewed. Six perspectives concerning role discrepancy were explored. According to the literaturereview, a model of teacher discrepancy was proposed.
