- 中文摘要: 本研究是藉由護生回顧自己在臨床實習中參與團體討論會的經驗,探討不同型式學習團體對護生在臨床實習及個人成長上之影響。本研究採用質性研究方式,以某醫學院護理學系四年級護生13人為對象,在同一時段中分別參與A、B兩組精神科護理實習團體討論會,結果共有10位學生於實習結束後第六個月接受研究者個別性訪談。研究者將10份訪談內容轉成文字記錄,並參考Colaizzi的步驟進行資料分析。結果發現:不同的團體討論會呈現出不同的團體氣氛、學習態度、以及學習方式。A組學生在與個案關係、與同學關係、與老師關係以及自我成長上發生轉化,而B組學生祇有在與個案關係、與同學關係兩方面發生轉化。由本研究結果反應出開放型與指導型兩種團體討論會呈現出不同的學習方式與效果。故本研究建議:老師應以學生為中心,提供安全的探索環境,讓學生從團體中觀照到正向與負向的自我,並作行為上的修正,以表現出與自己、與周圍人、物間關係的轉化。
- 英文摘要: The purpose of this study was to explore the effects in different types of learning groups with subjectsreviewing their experienecs in attending different group discussion conferences concerning clinical practice.Researchers used a qualitative research design to study 13 senior baccalaureate nursing students attending twodifferent group discussion conferences, group A and B,in clinical psychiatric nursing practice. After sixmonths, 10 students provided a researcher with individual interviews. Researchers used Colaizzi's method toanalyze the data. Major findings were: the group climate, learners` attitudes, and different learning stylesamong the various members of the groups. Group A students not only transformed their relationship withclients, peers, and teacher, but also showed self-growth. On the contrary group B students merely existingtransformed their relationship with clients and peers. Three findings implicated different faculty-studentinteractions existing between open and directive group discussion conferences and suggested that teachersshould focus on learners thus providing students a safe environment, to facilitate student transformationmirroring positive and negative self in groups.
