頂核對血漿腎素活性之影響

貓小腦頂核電刺激引起血壓上升及血漿腎素活性(PRA)增加。Propranolol靜脈投與減退PRA上升反應,而臥位改為直立位PRA升高。 大白鼠頂核電刺激也引起PRA上升。此反應不受迷走神經切斷之影響。但Propranolol投與有抵抗,而Prazosin投與沒有影響。本研究結果顯示頂核電刺激所引起PRA升高反應與交感神經乃接受器興奮有關。

Electrical stimulation of the fastigial nucleus (FN) in cats produced a pressor response associatedwith an increase in plasma renin activity (PRA). The increase in PRA was antagonized by propranolol.Tilting the cat's head up increased PRA. FN stimulation either before or after vagotomy in rats also raisedPRA. The response was antagonized by propranolol, but not by prazosin. Our study indicates that anincrease in PRA resulting from FN stimulation is due to sympathetic activity through the beta adreno-receptor mechanism.
