- 中文摘要: 木麻黃曾被引進臺灣的大約有20種,其中約7至9種常出現於本省文獻中。本省文獻中描述的某些性狀與幾份國外文獻有異。我們檢查了本省5個標本館內的245份標本及本省各地所採的213份標本後證明大部份採於本省並存於本省標本館的標本為鑑定錯誤。在鑑定木麻黃時,翅果的性狀是相當有效的利器。在正常的勞力花費下,本省所能找到現存種類只有木賊葉木麻黃及銀木麻黃。有很多形態上為中間型而無法鑑定的植株,它們可能源於雜交(或漸滲雜交)或其他原因。在本省不太可能找到 Casuarina 這屬以外的種類的成株。在過氧化同位酵素的電泳分析方面,木賊葉木麻黃的特點是酵素活性較低,染色帶型也較單調。另可看出銀木麻黃與肯氏木麻黃親緣頗近。佛氏、虎氏、細直枝木麻黃,這些種類的特點是在 Rm 值0與0.1之間具有染色帶。這3種的親緣很近,尤其是後兩種。 C. oligodon(擬譯為稀齒木麻麻黃)是最近自新幾內亞引進的種類,在內陸生長狀況極佳。
- 英文摘要: About 20 species of Casuarinaceae have been introduced into Taiwan. Among these species, about7-9 species have been cited in domestic literature from time to time. Some characters described in domesticliterature are different from those in some foreign literature. Our examination of 245 specimens in 5 do-mestic herbaria and 213 specimens collected around Taiwan proves that most specimens formerly collectedin Taiwan and deposited in domestic herbaria were incorrectly identified. The characters of samara are anefficient key in identifying Casuarinaceae. In Taiwan, surviving species that can be found with reasonableeffort include only Casuarin equisetifolia and C. glauca. There are many morphologically intermediateplants that could not be identified and may be the result of hybridization or introgressive hybridization orother causes. Species other that Casuarina spp. cannot be found growing to the mature stage in this island.Through analysis of peroxidase isozymes by electrophoresis, C. equisetifolia is distinct in lower enzymeactivity and simple band patterns. C. glauca and C. cunninghamiana are somewhat related species. Allo-casuarina fraseriana, A. huegeliana and A. verticillata are characteristic in having bands of Rm 0-0.1 andare closely related species, especially the latter two. C. oligodon, a species recently introduced from NewGuinea, grows very well inland.
