殖所必需。、 - 英文摘要: Replication of HSV-1 in 3 different is mu-tant cell lines was examined. HSV-1 grewpoorly at both permissive and nonpermissivetemperature in chemically transformed ts ratliver cells and in the wt cells from which theywere derived. In two is mutant BSC-1 celllines, HSV-1 replication was equally efficientboth at the nonpermissive temperature and per-missive temperature. The yields of infectiousvirus produced in mutant cells was the same asthat produced in wt cells. In contrast, SV40replication was blocked in an early stage ofinfection in these cells. These data suggestedthat the regulatory mechanism for SV40 andHSV-1 replication is different in BSC-1 cells.A is defect in BHK-21 cells which inhibitedAd2 replication also inhibited the growth ofHSV-1. These data suggest the dependence ofboth HSV-1 and Ad2 replication on the samecell function.
