- 中文摘要: 本實驗採用新的技術利用XAD-4 樹脂萃取回收二種熱帶土壤之酚酸。回收之酚酸以高效液相層析儀測定,其結果並與EDTA之萃取方法比較之。結果顯示利用 XAD-4 方法萃取土壤加入之酚酸的回收效率受萃取之 pH、土壤種類及酚酸種類之不同而異。低的 pH 萃取可促進自水溶液及土壤中回收酚酸;從 pH 及有機質低的Paaloa土壤之回收率高於Kunia土壤之回收率;利用 XAD-4 或EDTA之萃取方法皆無法將阿魏酸(ferulic acid)自Kunia土壤中回收;依7種酚酸之平均回收率比較顯示以本實驗之新方法優於EDTA之方法。
- 英文摘要: To determine minute quantities of phenolic compounds in the soil has always been a difficult task.A technique using Amberlite XAD-4 resin has been developed to recover the added phenolic acids from twotropical soils. The recovered phenolic acids were quantitatively measured by High Performance LiquidChromatography and results compared with those of the EDTA method. The recovery efficiency of theadded phenolic acids varies depending on the extracting pH, the type of soil, and the phenolic compounds.Low pH promotes the recovery of phenolics from water and soils. In general, recovery from the Paaloa soil,which has a lower pH and organic content, was higher than that of Kunia soil. Ferulic acid represents anextreme example of resistance to extraction from the Kunia soil by either XAD-4 or EDTA method. Theaverage recovery of all the seven phenolic acids indicates that the XAD-4 method compares favorably to theEDTA method.
