- 中文摘要: 臺灣北部中新世煤層全硫份和全磷份的含量,利用作者新擬定的分析步驟可以同時測定。全硫份是硫酸物硫份,二硫化鐵硫份和有機硫份的總和。研究的對象是二十七個煤樣,包括南莊,石底,木山和澳底四個不同含煤地層中各個不同的煤層。南莊層煤樣含全硫份最高,平均達3.50;石底和木山層平均值1.54%;而澳底層僅含全硫份0.40%(以乾燥煤樣重量作為基數)。全硫份中最主要的是由二硫化鐵硫份(包括黃鐵礦和白鐵礦)所構成。有機硫份在石底層各煤層中平均含量約佔全硫份的30~35%,木山層煤樣平均量在40%以上而南莊澳底兩地層之煤層所含有機硫份均極微。硫酸物硫份大多遠在1%以下,它和二硫化鐵硫份閒的關係似在煤層生成時已達到平衡狀態。磷份的分佈約略和硫份相似,但在石底和南莊兩地層的不同煤層間的分佈,自上至下逐漸增加的趨勢更具規律性。中新世煤層的各煤樣所含有機硫份和全磷份均可作為各煤系不同煤層的指標元素。
- 英文摘要: A modified analytical procedure is designed to determine total sulfurand total phosphorus simultaneously in the Miocene coals of northernTaiwan. By the newly developed procedure, the distribution of sulfur andphosphorus of twenty-seven Miocene coals from four coal-bearing formationsare studied. The total sulfur in the coals decreases from the NanchuangFormation, (3.50%),the Shihti Formation and the Mushan Formation,(aver-age 1.54%) to the Aoti Formation (0.40%) whose sulfur content is mainlycontributed by iron disulfides (pyrite and marcasite). The organic sulfuraverages 30-35% of the total sulfur in the Shihti Formation and reachesmore than 40% in the Mushan Formation. The coals of both the NanchuangFormation and the Aoti Formation contain a negligible amount of organicsulfur. The sulfate sulfur is generally far below 1% and could be in equi-librium with disulfide sulfur during the biochemical stage of coalification.The phosphorus distribution is analogues to that of total sulfur, however,more regular distribuaion is found in the coals of the Shihti Formationand the Nanchuang Formation in which phosphorus increases graduallyfrom the upper to the lower seams. Both organic sulfur and phosphorusof the Miocene coals can be utilized as raw criteria for the stratigraphicstudy of the Miocene coal seams in northern Taiwan.
