- 中文摘要: 低碳鋼板的超音波衰減,化學成分,肥來鐵晶徑,降伏強度,抗拉強度及延脆轉移溫度間獲得回歸式。降伏強度,抗拉強度及轉移溫度的相關係數及標準誤差各為 0.80,0.92,0.77 及 2.55 kg/m㎡,1.19 kg/m㎡,6.26°C。超音波衰減法的機械性質估計結果較金相法稍差,但不失為有力非破壞檢測法之一。
- 英文摘要: Regression equations were obtained among ultrasonic attenuation (10 MHz), chemical composition,ferrite grain size, yield strength, tensile strength and ductile-to-brittle transition temperatures for low car-bon steel plates. The correlation coefficients and standard errors were found to be 0.80, 0.92 and 0.77, and2.55 kg/m㎡, 1.19 kg/m㎡ and 6.260°C for yield strength, tensile strength and transition temperature, re-spectively.Ultrasonic attenuation provides an estimate of mechanical properties only slightly less accuratethan that of the metallographic technique and is thought to be a potent nondestructive method for pre-dicting the mechanical properties of commercial low carbon steel plates.
