為探討大豆經 Ethyl Methanesulfonate (EMS)處理,在不同處理劑量與時問下之變異,以早
熟品種十石與中興三號用五種 EMS 濃度 (0.0125, 0.025, 0.05, 0.075 與 0.10M) 浸種4, 8與
12小時,其 M 與 M 之植株皆種植於田間,各種農藝性狀與生長率等調查結果摘述如下:
(1)發芽率隨處理之濃度與時問之增加而減低,生長速率與葉面積生長率,以低濃度為佳;(2)
M 族?之產量有關性狀與成熟期均隨處理濃度、時間之增加而導致負方向之變異;(3) M 族?
各性狀之變異性,處理區均較對照區為高;(4) M 植株中顯示有類似抗銹病植株分離出來。
以上誘變原處理濃度與時間所生效應與變異性等基本訊息之獲得,將裨益大豆育種家從事誘
變育種工作時之參考。
g - 英文摘要: In order to investigate the effect of chemicalmutagen (EMS) in two soybean cultivars, treat-ments of the five EMS concentrations (0.0125,0.025, 0.05, 0.075, 0.10 M) with three soaked times(4, 8, 12 hr.) were used. The data of M andM on several agronomic traits were measured.The effects of different mutagens were sum-marized as follows: (1) Increase the EMS combination (dosageand time) treatments greatly reduced germina-tion rate. The rates of plant and leaf growthwere more vigorous in low EMS concentration.(2) By increasing the dose of treatments, reducedthe M progeny seed yield and enlonged theday to the phenotype maturity. (3) Variabilityof all treatments in the M was greater thanthe control. (4) Some mutants resistant to rustwere found in M population.
