- 中文摘要: 本文是利用傳遞矩陣法分析含橫向裂縫轉軸的振動響應,並根據分析之結果來預測裂縫的位置及大小。文中將裂縫模擬成一局部彈簧接點;以Timoshenko樑理論為基礎,建立裂縫轉子各軸段、轉盤及裂縫點的傳遞矩陣,並將其組合而得系統頻率方程式,藉此頻率方程式求解含裂縫轉軸的自然頻率及其對應的振模。文中並以分析之結果與三維有限元素法所得結果做比較,以驗證此法的適用法。至於裂縫的診斷,乃比較有裂縫與無裂縫轉軸的基礎振模配合其對應頻率的差異來判斷裂縫的位置與大小。
- 英文摘要: The transfer matrix method is employed to analyze the vibration for a rotor with a transverse crack.Crack position and size are also predicted according to analysis results.The crack is modeled as a jointof a local spring. Based on the Timoshenko beam theory, the frequency equation can be constructed byassembling the transfer matrix of each segment of the multi-step or multi-disc cracked rotor, and thensolving the frequencies as well as the corresponding mode shapes of the cracked rotor. To validate theabove-mentioned method, a comparison is made with the 3-D finite element methods (FEM).Regardingcracked rotor detection,the crack position can be predicted by comparing the fundamental mode shapesof the rotor with and without a crack. Consequently,the depth can be obtained by varying the naturalfrequencies of the rotor with and without a crack.
