- 中文摘要: 本研究之目的乃提供一個方法以找尋在觸媒退化影響下固定床反應器之最適階梯式溫度設定點控制策略。所謂階梯式溫度設定點控制乃指間歇式地調整溫度設定點,找尋最適階梯式溫度設定點控制策略之問題乃一多變數最適化問題。本研究利用連續變化參數法得到絕熱及套管式反應器之最適控制策略。本文比較各種反應器在不同控制次數下之效能,並探討在最適控制策略下反應器溫度及觸媒活性之變化情形。本文使用甲醇於過量空氣中在鐵鉬氧化物催化下之氧化反應以闡明上述控制策略之可行性,實驗結果與理論預測極為吻合。
- 英文摘要: The objective of this study is to present a methodology to find out the optimal stepwise temperature set-point control policies for fixed-bed reactors with catalyst deactivation. A stepwise temperature set-point control is one that adjusts the temperature set-point intermittently. The problem involved in finding the optimal stepwise temperature set-point control policy is a multivariable optimization problem and method of successive variation of parameters was used to obtain the optimal set-point control policy for fixed-bed reactors including adiabatic and shell-and-tube reactors. Comparison of performance among various fixed-bed reactors and different number of controlling steps has been made, and behaviors of reactor temperature and catalyst activity under optimal stepwise temperature control policies have also been investigated. A methanol oxidation reaction over iron-molybdenum oxide catalyst by air-excess process was used as an example to show the feasibility of the methodology presented in this study. The experimental results showed good agreements with theoretical predictions.
