- 中文摘要: 中興新村廢水污泥施用於中興大學土壤後,氮素轉化情形由實驗室孵育觀察。 施用污泥土壤之氮素礦化,在二至八週內近乎一次反應之行為。其速率常數在 35, 25 及15°C 下分別為 0.32, 0.26 及 0.19 ,故其值約為 1.3。浸水或 25%水分對氮素礦化率並無顯著影響。在 25%水分時,硝化作用在 35°C 即受抑制。污泥施用率超過 4%時,亦使硝化受抑制。硝化作用盛期係受溫度影響。溫度低時硝化盛期就延緩。 氮素損失在此實驗中非常顯著。這些損失可能係經脫氮或氨態揮失,也有部分可能被土壤固定。若施用 2%之污泥可使土壤之氮素礦化勢增至約 1,400 ppm,其中約 1,100 ppm,會揮失於空中或被土壤固定,只有約 300 ppm 的氮可能被植物利用或淋失地下水中。以緩效的觀點來看,污泥係一種甚佳的氮肥。
- 英文摘要: The nitrogen transformations in ChungHsing New Village sewage sludge-soil systemwas observed in laboratory incubation condi-tions. Nitrogen mineralization of the sludge-soilsystem between 2 to 8 weeks, can be describedas the first order reaction. The rate constantwas 0.32, 0.26, and 0.19 for 35, 25 and l5°Crespectively. Therefore, the value for ni-trogen mineralization was 1.3. There is nosignificant difference in nitrogen mineralizationrates between the submerged and 25% moisturetreatments. At 25% moisture condition, nitrifica-tion was retarded at 35°C, and at sludge rateshigher than 4%. The period for maximumnitrification to occur was related to the tem-perature. It was more or less delayed, when temper-ature decreased. Nitrogen loss either through denitrification,fixation, or ammonia volatilization was verysignificant in this experiment. It accounts for80% or more among the mineralized nitrogen.If 2% of the sludge is applied, the nitrogenmineralization potential of the soil can be in-creased to about 1400 ppm. Among them, about1100 ppm will be lost to air or fixed by soil.Only 300 ppm is subject to be used by plantsor leached to ground water. In view of slowreleasing, the sewage sludge is an excellentnitrogen fertilizer.
