- 中文摘要: 本研究採用群體互動的程序性觀點,探討群體成員在互動過程中決策架構的調整,以及決策共識的長期遞移現象。研究結果不僅證實群體成員在互動過程中會出現專家辨識的活動,同時也發現群體的外顯績效反饋資訊對群體的決策共識程度確實有相當重要的影響。而由群體成員決策共識的長期遞移現象來看,亦可發現長期的互動經驗中,有助於群體成員提升其決策的共識程度。研究中亦對群體成員決策架構的調整提出待驗證的模型,以作為後續研究參考的依據。
- 英文摘要: This paper adopt procedural perspective of group interaction to explore group decision structure adjustment ininteractive process, and dvolution of group decision consensus(GDC) in different decision period. Research findingsdemonstrate that, first, expertise identification activity within group members appear in the early period of group inter-active process, which play as an essential role in group decision making. Next, feedback information of group decisionperformance is closely relate with the variation of GDC; and positive feedback will enhance GDC, while negative feed-back will decrease the degree of GDC. And third, group interaction experience is positively associate with GDC, andGDC index is getting higher as group interaction experience increased. We also provide a model of decision structureadjustment as a basis for further research.
