- 中文摘要: 本研究目的為檢討頂核與延腦血管運動區及後下視丘對心臟血管管制作用之互相關係,以便認識其中樞機構。貓用氯醛糖麻醉,將其頭部固定於立體定位器。露出腦部再以電刺激各部,觀察對血壓心跳之影響。(一)頂核與升壓區同時刺激能加強心臟血管反應,後者毀壞後前者刺激反應則消失或減少。頂核與旁中核同時刺激升壓反應減低,但後者毀壞對前者刺激反應無影響。頂核與疑核同時刺激時血壓反應先降後升。(二)頂核與後下視丘同時刺激時升壓反應增強,其中一者毀壞後則另者刺激反應減小。(三)頂核刺激經引起升壓反應外,同時亦有心律不整反應。在頸動竇神經切斷後心律不整反應仍然存在。以上結論為頂核,延腦血管運動區及後下視丘對心臟血管管制作用都有相關,但其各部位神經元之互相作用方式尚待研究。
- 英文摘要: The cardiovascular response to electrical stimulation and lesion of the fastigial nucleus,the medullary vasomotor areas or the posterior hypothalamus was studied under chloraloseanesthesia in cats. The pressor response to fastigial nucleus stimulation was augmented bystimulation of the medullary pressor areas, while it was inhibited by stimulation of theparamedian nucleus. The fastigial pressor response was decreased or abolished by ablationof the medullary pressor areas, while it was not affected by ablation of the paramediannucleus. The fastigial pressor response was also augmented by stimulation of the posteriorhypothalamus, and was decreased by ablating the latter. Strong stimulation of the fastigialnucleus readily evoked the pressor response accompanied by cardiac arrhythmias, which werenot abolished by carotid sinus denervation. These data indicate that the fastigial responsecan be influenced by the medullary vasomotor areas and the posterior hypothalamus.However, neuronal interaction between these structures on the cardiovascular control remainsto be clarified.
