- 中文摘要: 本文提出一個蒙地卡羅法以計算植物覆蓋之雙方向反射分佈函數之模式。此方法限於在植物覆蓋具有等距種植之特性時使用。在此限制下,其反射性質可利用“葉盒”之觀念來研討。與現有之模式比較,本方法無須假設每片葉子之尺寸遠小於覆蓋之高度,亦無須假設已知葉片之分佈狀態。再者,本模式亦能處理較駁雜之葉片相函數,或對葉片形狀作詳細之描述。此方法經用於研究稻田之雙方向反射特性計算,所得之反射函數顯示很強之方向性,並與田野觀測所得,甚為符合。
- 英文摘要: We propose a Monte Carlo method to calculate the bidirectional reflectance distribution function(BRDF) for the vegetation canopy with the restriction that the canopy is planted with regular spacing.Consequently, the BRDF can be studied by using the concept of leaf box. In contrast with the existingmodels, the proposed model does not assume the size of the leaf being much smaller than the height of thecanopy, nor makes assumptions about leaf distributions. Furthermore, the present model permits sophis-ticated phase functions for individual leaves and realistic description of leaf shapes. The method is appliedto the case of rice canopy. Both calculated and observed reflectances exhibit strong angular dependence,and agree quite well with each other.
