臺灣牛嬭菜之類固醇配糖的成分研究

從臺灣牛嬭菜的甲醇抽出液中,分離出一種新的類固醇MF-F,及三種新的類固醇配糖體MF-G,MF-H及MF-I。經過物理及化學的方法證明的結果,化合物MF-F, NIF-G, MF-H及MF-I的構造分別可以用式I, II, IV 來代表。

From the methanolic extracts of Marsdenia formosana MASAMUNE (Asclepiadaceae), a new steroid, MF-F, together with three new steroidal giycosides, MF-G, MF-H ana MF-I were isolated. As the resultof spectroscopic and chemical investigation, it was demonstrated that the stereostructures of MF-F, MF-G,MF-H and F-I were represented, respectively, by the formulas I, II, III, and IV.
