長骨橫斷骨折癒合療程縮短之研究

木實驗係探討針刺、電針及電磁場對於白兔腓骨橫斷骨折癒合之影響。在滅菌手術下,將雄
性大白兔單側之腓骨上三分之一處造成人工橫斷面骨折,而後分為二組,一組作為對照,一組為
傳統針刺組,埋針懸鐘,並每日針刺大杼、腎?等穴位。電針及電磁場之實驗係將白兔兩側腓骨
皆造成橫斷面骨折,一側作為對照,一側施以刺激,電針組以微安培陰極置骨折處,電磁場組於
骨折處皮膚外裝置電磁場刺激器。三星期後犧牲動物,以X光片和病理切片來比較各組骨折癒合
之情形。實驗結果顯示針刺組與對照組無顯著之差異,而電針組之資料顯示陰極確能促進骨折之
癒合,陽極在骨痂處卻有去鈣之作用,但電刺激有易受感染之缺點。電磁場刺激亦能促進骨折之
癒合,且為三方法中最具有應用價值者。b
- 英文摘要:
The transverse fracture of rabbit fibulawas made surgically. Then those rabbits weredivided into three groups: group 1, receiveddaily acupuncture on the point of Ta-Chu,Shen-Yu and combined with embedding needleat Hsuan-Chung; group 2, stimulated by thecathodal current of 16 μA; group 3, stimulatedby electromagnetic field. Three weeks later, thestate of fracture healing was evaluated radiogra-phically and microscopically. The results showedno statistically significant differences betweenacupunctured and control animals. However,the cathodal current in the fracture site couldstimulate healing process. Furthermore, thedecalcification of callus by anodal stimulationwas demonstrated. Because this method requiredimplantation of electrodes, it would be associatedwith an incidence of bone infection. Finally,the electromagnetic field stimulation could ac-celerate fracture healing also and had no com-plications, so it might be the most ideal methodof the three.
