- 中文摘要: (一)苯二甲酸酐在醇中之吸收與反應 研究之結果顯示在苯二甲酸酐的製造程序中,可以用含有觸媒的醇在一填充塔中吸收混台氣體中的產品“這樣,不但解決了產品收集的困難,而且可以直接生產塑膠工業中的塑性劑一一鄰苯二甲酯;所需吸收塔的體積甚小,設備與操作手續均可簡化“作者採用「均勻攪拌流動吸收器」的觀念來處理吸收塔的設計問題。此法也可用來設計其他類似的吸收反應塔。 (二)液面新生率對真空蒸餾器之效率之影響 作者以表面新生的模式表示在真空蒸器餾內液面曝露時問的分佈情形,並計算液面的新生率對蒸餾速度及分離效率的影響。在計算過程中也考慮到液體表面冷卻的現象以及在液體表面易揮發成份濃度降低的現象“因為在較高的液面新生率時真空蒸餾器的蒸餾速度和分離效率都較高,作者建議用液面新生率當做衡量各種真空蒸餾器性能優劣的標準。
- 英文摘要: In the manufacturing process of acid anhydrides by vapor phase cataly-tic oxidation, the separation of product from the high temperature gasmixture is always one of the difficult steps. It has been suggested that,instead of the usual cooling chambers or shell-and-tube type condensers, apacked obsorption tower can be used for this purpose.In this tower, the acidanhydride in the gas mixture is absorbed in the desired alcohol to formmonoester. This paper demonstrates a method of computing the necessaryheight of the absorption tower and the temperatures and the concentrationsof all components of both the liquid and gas phases at various locationsin the tower. The concept of well stirred flow absorber is used in the compu-tation. Calculated results shows that, the necessary tower height for theesterification of phthelate anhydride is small and that this method simplifiesthe manufacturing process of phthalates considerably.
