- 中文摘要: 菸鹼醯胺(0.07%)能令光合作用細菌 Rhodopseudomonas gelatinosa 排出 4-vinyl protochlorophyllide之綠色素。此綠色素之大量排出能令 bacteriochlorophyll 之濃度漸漸減低。此現象足以幫助證實4-vinyl protochlorophyllide為 bac-teriochlorophyll生化合成過程中之一中間產物。
- 英文摘要: Rhodopseudomonas gelatinosa excreted a green pigment in liquid culture supplemented with 0.07%(W/V,%) nicotinamide. Only one green pigment was excreted, and the excretion of this pigment correlatedwith a decrease of bacteriochlorophyll content. The present finding fulfils a criterion that this excretedpigment, spectroscopically similar to 4-vinyl protochlorophyllide, is an intermediated of bacteriochloro-phyll biosynthesis.
