- 中文摘要: A shift register for registering serial (or temporal) binary codes is to be con-structed by use of a family of flip-flops(or binaries)and a family of storagetransistor delay circuits. For the first step of study, the static and dynamic transi-tion performances of the binary alone are studied. The performance of a binarycascaded by a storage transistor delay circuit will be investigated for second atepof studies. An 8-bit shift register has been built by assembling 8 identical binaries and 8identical transistor delay circuits. It was found that the system operated verysatisfactorily. The waveshapes of the outputs from the first three stages weredisplayed on an oscilloscope.
