- 中文摘要: The nutritional status of vitamin and among three hundred healthy Chi-nese has been assessed and compared before and after the increase of protein intakequalitatively and quantitively. The results do show the elevation of the nutritional status of these two vitaminsHowever, the intake of vitamin and have been increased with the enrichmentof protein. Whether the improvement of these two vitamins is simply due to theincrease of their intake or simultaneously with the effect of protein will be subjectedto further study.
