- 中文摘要: 三種從冬蟲夏草子實體中分離出來的天然物,用光譜法鑑定的結果分別是腺嘌呤(adenosine),麥角固醇葡萄糖配醣體(ergosteryl-β-D-glucopyranoside) 及22-二氫麥角固醇葡萄糖配醣體(22-dihydroergosteryl-β-D-glucopyranoside)。在子實體中,未酯化脂肪酸的組成亦曾利用逆相式高效能液相層析法加以分析。共有十二種脂肪酸被鑑定出來,其中四種主要的脂肪酸分別是棕櫚酸,硬脂酸,油酸和亞油酸。而奇數碳的脂肪酸(17:0)亦含有少量。
- 英文摘要: Three natural products isolated from the fruiting bodies of one Cordyceps species were determinedby spectroscopic methods to be adenosine, ergosteryl-β-D-glucopyranoside and 22-dihydroergosteryl-β-D-glucopyranoside. The composition of free fatty acids in the fruiting bodies of this species was also analyzedby reversed phase HPLC. Twelve fatty acids were identified. Four major ones were palmitic, stearic,oleic and linoleic acids. An odd-numbered fatty acid, namely margaric acid, was also present in a traceamount.
