• 中文摘要： 源自花藥培養的白苗葉片及根部為材料作超薄切片的觀察，除正常的葉綠體不存在外，變形蟲型的色素體含澱粉色素體及原色素體都可觀察到。色素體內膜的膨脹退化及兩端破裂的餅型膜系也常出現。大小不同質油體（plastoglobuli）存在擬原囊體（prolamella-like body）的周圍，內膜的泡化造成空泡，不同程度的色素體變異有助於探討葉綠體的發生學。
• 英文摘要： Pollen-derived albino plants often occurred in anther culture. Roots and leaves of albino plantswere collected and examined by thin section technique with Spurr's resin. Various types of plastidsexcept normal chloroplast were found in plant tissues. Amoeboid plastids were in different shapes anddiversified structures. Amyloplasts containing numerous starch grains and prolamella-like bodies werefound in root meristematic cells. Membrane dilatation happened in grana-like membrane structureswith two broken ends of loculi communicating with stroma. Plastoglobuli varied in shape and size pre-ferentially located in the vicinity of prolamella-like bodies. Vaculoarization of internal membraneresulted in the hylination of some plastids. Different stages of structural blockage of plastids might bemeaningful for study of plastid development.
