- 中文摘要: 本研究之目的,在探求睛鈷維生素和維生素C在動物體內對抗鈷fi0_了射線傷害之效果。本研究結果顯示:實驗對照組的雄豚鼠,經受250 R的G ofio一了射線處理後,其體重減輕,血紅素濃度RBC及WBC數目均顯著下降,而血清總蛋白以及血清白蛋白和各種球蛋白的下降,雖不顯著,但卻有下降的趨勢“結果並顯示:維生素C及睛鈷維生素的單獨或台併使用,可以幫助各實驗組動物增加體重,並使已下降之血紅素及血清蛋白之濃度,以及紅血球和白血球數目,提早恢復正常,對血清白蛋白及各種血清球蛋白下降之恢復,雖不顯著,但卻有幫助恢復之趨勢。此兩種維生素在動物體內對抗了射線的效果,以單獨使用睛鈷維生素之效果較佳,而以維生素C次之,卻以兩種維生素台併使用之效果為最差。
- 英文摘要: The present study was conducted to determine the effects of adminis-trating cyanocobalamin and vitamin C individually and combinedly on yray-irradiated guinea pigs.In this research,100 guinea pigs were dividedinto five groups. Group A was served as the control.Group B exposure to250 R Cos0-y ray irradiation. Group C,D and E, were treated with cyanocobal-amin and vitamin C individually and combinedly in the y ray-irradiatedanimals. The present results were obtained as follows: I .Col0-y ray-irradiation had an evident inhibitory effect on the bodyweight and the concentration of serum protein.It also played an evidentdestructive effect on the concentration of hemoglobin,RBC and WBC inguinea pigs. 2. Vitamin C and cyanocobalamin were able to help the y ray-irradiatedanimals to recover the body weight, concentration of hemoglobin, RBC andW BC.With respect to the concentration of serum protein,these vitaminswere helpful,and had a tendency to reduce the irradiated damage. It alsorevealed that the effects of cyanocobalamin on the body weight and theconcentration of hemoglobin, RBC and WBC of the y ray-irradiated guineapigs were better than that of vitamin C.
