- 中文摘要: 分析其漁牧綜合經營方式之魚池池水及豬糞成分:池水pH 8.2±0.3,以綠藻為主,佔82.0%,藍綠藻佔15.7%,矽藻僅2.3%;豬糞pH值6.3±0.4,其固形物27.6±4.1%,灰分15.0±3.1%,總氮1.15±0.14%,磷酸態磷2.1±0.7%,氨基態氮0.22±0.03%,有機碳5.6±2.1%。測定池水混濁度、浮藻總細胞數、乾重量及蛋白質含量,作為定量池水浮游生質體之依據。分別進行通氣條件下,各不同光強度、溫度、pH及豬糞濃度與浮游生質體含量之試驗,結果顯示光強度以8.0 klux,溫度以35±1℃,pH以5~7及9~10,豬糞濃度以0.8~1.5%為最適條件。
- 英文摘要: Turbidity, dry weight, total cell number ofalgae and protein content in the pond waterwere assayed as the reference of evaluating theplanktonic biomass production under thespecific conditions of cultivation. The optimalconditions of light intensity, temperature, pHand the concentrations of swine manure for theplanktonic biomass production under aerobiccondition were 8.0 Klux, 35±1℃, pH 5-7 &9-10 and the swine manure 0.8-1.5% (W/V),respectively. Besides, the composition of theswine manure and the distribution of algae inthe pond water were also investigated.
