- 中文摘要: 狗牙根草花粉與過敏性疾病(如過敏性鼻炎、氣喘)有相當密切的關係。我們曾經在報告中指出狗牙根花粉含有至少有十二種能與人類免疫球蛋白 -E(IgE)結合的蛋白質。其中有一種分子量為六萬單位的成分,已經證實為鹼性的蛋白質。此蛋白質經進一步分析的結果,發現它含有數個蛋白質分子組合而成。本研究中我們成功的分離出其中的一個蛋白質,命名為BG-60b。氨基酸成分的分析,發現含有相當多的鹼性氨基酸如離氨酸、精氨酸。而它的鹼性氨基酸與酸性氨基酸比值為0.83。等電點亦高達10.0。它的物理與化學性質均和另一成分BG-60a相似,並且在它的抗原決定位與BG-60a具有交叉反應的性質。
- 英文摘要: Our earlier studies have shown that the pollen of Bermuda grass (Cynodon dactylon)-pollen containat least 12 IgE-binding proteins which can be analyzed by the immunoblot technique. One of the highlyactive components was found to be a basic protein with a molecular weight of 60,000 daltons, designatedas BG-60. This component was showed to consist of a group of proteins. One of them, BG-60a (pI 9.7),has been isolated and characterized. In this study, we have further isolated and characterized the secondcomponent of the antigen, designated as BG-60b. Its purity was demonstrated by gel electrophoresisexperiment and antigen-antibody precipitation studies. The antigen is of glycprotein nature with a pIof 10.0. It exhibits IgE-binding activity and shows cross-reactivity to antigen BG-60a in double diffusion.Its chemical and physical properties are similar to antigen BG-60a.
