中樞性不整脈之實驗研究

下視丘後部、中腦灰白質、延腦心臟血管中樞及小腦頂核電刺激能引起血壓變動和不整脈反應。頂核不整脈反應似乎和頸動脈竇反射無關。頂核與下視丘或延腦有密切連繫,但這些部位神經元互相作用方式要待將來之研究。對中樞性不整脈具有抑制中樞或末梢神經之藥物有效對抗。另外具有對心肌直接作用之抗不整脈藥物,亦有對抗作用。本報告也對心肌離子電流有特殊阻礙作用之tetrodotoxin及verapamil加以檢討,認為tetrodotoxin有顯著抗不整脈作用。

Electrical stimulation of the posterior hypo-thalamus, the central gray, the medullary areasand the fastigial nucleus in cats evoked pressorresponse associated with cardiac arrhythmia.The fastigial arrhythmia was not abolished bythe carotid sinus denervation, but by vagotomyor atropine. Interaction of the fastigial nucleuswith the posterior hypothalamus and the medul-lary vasomotor areas exists, but the mode ofneuronal interaction between them is yet un-known. The drugs with central or peripheralblocking action could antagonize the centrallyinduced arrhythmia. The antiarrhythmic drugsacting directly on the myocardium were alsoeffective. The antiarrhythmic action of tetrodo-toxin and verapamil was also evaluated, confir-ming the potent action of tetrodotoxin.
