- 中文摘要: 本研究乃有關以三(正辛基)胺硫酸鹽(TOA salts)萃取高含量酚在有機溶劑及水相間之平衡分布,求得操作條件對分布係數(Distribution coefficient, KD)之影響,其中以DIPE,1-octanol,kerosene,cyclohexane和benzene充當溶劑以稀釋TOA salts做為探討萃取水溶液中之酚之潛力。同時,也探討這些溶劑對萃取酚之影響,研究中同時探討水溶液中酚初始濃度及有機相及水溶液相體積比對分布係數影響,利用一簡單之數學模式將萃取平衡及質量均衡加以考慮,所獲得之結果可以很滿意地解釋實驗所獲得之結果。由研究得知,利用三(正辛基)胺硫酸鹽萃取酚時應該在低pH值下進行,以有效萃取酚,獲得較高值之分布係數。同時,利用多階式萃取槽進行萃取酚可以避免使用較高值之有機溶液之體積及用量。
- 英文摘要: Distribution equilibria in the solvent extractions of phenol of high content with sulfuric acid saltsof trioctylamine (TOA salts) were measured to examine the effects of operating conditions on thedistribution coefficient(KD). Diisopropyl ether (DIPE), 1-octanol, kerosene, cyclohexane and benzenewere evaluated for their potential to extract phenols and to serve as solvents to dissolve TOA salts forextraction of phenol. The effects of the initial concentration of phenol, and the ratio of volumes of organicto aqueous phases, on the equilibrium distribution coefficient.of phenol(KD) between two phases obtainedfrom experimental results were explained satisfactorily by a simple mathematical model to account forthe material balance of phenol in the two phases. It was recommended that the extraction of phenol becarried out at a small pH to prevent the formation of water-soluble phenoxide ion from the reaction offree phenol molecule and hydroxide ion.
