- 中文摘要: 改變水稻培養液中之pH值,並不影響其對於水之蒸散作用,但影響其對於矽之攝取能力。於pH 3至pH 6之範圍內對於矽之攝取及矽於水稻體內之轉移,沒有顯著的影響“於pH 7至pH 10之範圍內,當pH值增高時,其葉片及葉鞘中之矽土含量降低,而根部之矽土含量增加。 水稻體內之灰份及矽之含量隨水稻品種之不同而異。於本實驗中所用之六個品種中,其灰份含量最低者為17.92%,最高者為23.65%。其矽土之含量最低者為 11.72%,最高者為17.09%,於其灰份中矽土之含量亦因品種之不同而異。其矽土之含量,最低者為佔有其灰份之61.54彫,最高者佔有其灰份之72.82%。於水稻細胞壁中之灰份及矽土之含量,並不因品種不同而有顯著之差異。於日本型諸品種問,其細胞壁中,灰份及矽土之含量幾乎相等,祇有印度型之臺中在來1號,其灰份及矽土之含量較高。但是於細胞壁之灰份中,其矽土佔有95.20-97.51州顯示出於不同品種問,並無顯著差異。 為了探討水稻細胞壁中結合態矽之存在,測定了存在細胞壁各種多醣類中矽土之含量。發現大部分之矽皆存在於果膠質及半纖維素中。但是於純化後之纖維素中,仍含有0.62%之矽土。而且這些矽與細胞壁多醣類之間結合得很緊密。
- 英文摘要: The changes of pH values of the culture solution did not affect thewater transpiration of rice plants, but affect the silicon uptake from theculture solution. At lower pH, from pH 3 to pH 6, there is no significantinfluence on silicon uptake and translocation. At higher pH, from pH 7 topH 10, the silica content in leaf and sheath decreased when the pH valuesin the culture solution increased, However, the silica content in root incr-eased as the pH value increased. The ash content in rice plants varied from 17.92 to 23.65% and thesilica content varied from 11.72% to 17.09 and the silica content in thereash varied from 61.54% to 72.82% according to the different varieties. Theash and silica content in the cell wall of rice plants were almost the samein the varieties of japonica type, except in the Indica type, Taichungnative 1,the ash and silica content in its cell wall was higher. But, thesilica content in their ash of cell walls ranged from 95.20y, to 97.51%Ithad no significant difference within the different varieties. In order to study the bound form of silicon in the rice cell wall, thepresence of silica in the cell wall polysaccharides was studied. The resultsshowed that most of the silica in the cell wall located in pectic substancesand hemicelluloses. But, in the purified a-cellulose still contained 0.62% ofsilica. And these silica bounded with different fractions of cell wallpolysaccharides very tight.
