電力潮流分析

本研究計畫之成果可分為兩部份。第一部份係開發一實用之電力潮流分析程式,此程式另外裝訂成冊。為配合校內計算機之主記憶容量,此程式暫設定其能力為可以處理250個匯流排(其中最多可包含100個發電機匯流排),300條枝路(含變堅器枝路在內)。當然如有必要,只需修改適當變數之記憶容量,便可大大擴充此程式之能力。 本程式是應用牛頓方法與稀矩陣技巧以福傳語言寫成的。經與台電公司之電力潮流分析程式,相互印證分析結果,其精確度幾乎相同。目前此程式除留作研究所裹學生解電力潮流問題用外,亦已應用於台電系統之無效電力規劃用· 第二部份之成果係屬理論貢獻部份,具有學術價值。其詳細內容均包括在此報告內。主要貢獻係有關如何尋求電力潮流之多重解。比諸目前世界各國文獻所使用之方怯,本報告所提出之方法,可以求得更多組多重解;並且,基本上,此方法甚適合用於求取實際系統可運轉之多重電力潮流解。

The contents of the research results mainly consist of two parts. The first part is the developmentof a practical power flow analysis program. The resulting program is bound as a separate volume. For con-venient application on the campus computer, the capability of the program is simply set to handle a powersystem consisting of 250 buses (with a limit of 100 generator buses at most), 300 branches (includingtransformer branches). Certainly, the program capacity can be expanded to deal with a much larger systemby changing the dimensions of proper variables. This program is an implementation of the exact Newton-Raphson Power Flow Algorithm, usingsparse matrix techniques. It is written in FORTRAN IV and has been tested with many sample systemsincluding the Taipower system. The resulting accuracy is almost the same as that of the Power Flow Pro-gram of Taipower Company. At the present,this program is used in this institute as a tool for the graduatestudents for solving power flow problems. Meanwhile, it has also been applied in a project with TaipowerCompany for reactive power planning of Taipower system. The second part of the research results is covered in this report. The main contribution is aboutfinding multiple power flow solutions. Comparing with the methods in existing literature, the proposedmethod in this report is able to locate much more multiple solutions. Moreover, the proposed method isessentially suitable to locate operable multiple solutions of a practical power system.
