- 中文摘要: 本研究使用的抗銅菌株有Pseudomonas sp. 41 Y、Pseudomonas pseudomallei 13-1及Pseudmnonas aerugmosa 7共三株,若將後二者接入含硫酸銅的三分之一強度Tryptic Soy Broth中,24小時內可去除其中99.5%以上的銅離子。若在含豬糞尿的無菌混合液中加入硫酸銅,與不加菌的對照組比較,則僅於測試菌株生長時方能測到銅離子濃度降低的情形。此外在加有glycerol-2-phosphate的含銅培養液中,這些對銅具耐性的Pseudomonas spp.,在24小時內平均約可去除50%的銅離子,如菌懸液先經減菌處理,便喪失其銅離子去除能力。不同的培養溫度(30%、37%及45%)均不影響Pseudomonas 41Y及Pseudomonas pseudomallei 13-1對銅離子的去除能力,但當pH值由8.2降至6.0時,此二菌株對銅離子的去除能力明顯降低。若將Pseudomonas sp. 41Y包埋於sodium alginate中,其去除銅離子的能力明顯降低,又加入鉛離子時,Pseudomon-as sp. 41Y對銅離子去除能力也明顯降低。
- 英文摘要: Copper-resistant Pseudomonas sp. 41 Y, Pseudomonas pseudomallei 13-1 and Pseudomonas aeruginosa7 were used in the present study. When the latter two organisms were added to copper-containing 1/3strength Tryptic Soy Broth, more than 99.5% of the copper ion was removed from the medium within24 h. If copper solution was added to hog waste slurry, a reduction in the copper ion concentration couldbe detected only when the added bacteria started to grow in it, whereas in a mineral medium supplementedwith glycerol-2-phosphate, both bacteria could remove about 50% of the copper ion from the mediumwithin 24 h. When cell suspension of Pseudomonas sp. 41Y was autoclaved, no copper ion removal wasobserved. Different incubation temperatures, including 30℃, 37℃ and 45℃, had no effect on the percentof copper ion removed by both Pseudomonas sp. 41Y and P. pseudomallei 13-1. On the other hand, ifthe pH value of the solution was lowered from 8.2 to 6.0, there was a drastic decrease in copper removal.A similar reduction of copper ion removal ability was also observed with the addition of lead ion. Whencells of Pseudomonas sp. 41Y were embedded in sodium alginate, there was a decrease in its ability toremove copper ion as compared to the free-living cells.
