- 英文摘要: Comparison of the performances of mixer-settler contactors operated with countercurrent (CTC), crosscurrent(CSC),and alternating extraction and stripping (AES) flow arrangements (FA)in solvent extraction processes were studied via simulation by means of a pseudo dynamic method. The effects of the organic-to-aqueous (O/A) and the aqueous feed-to-stripping agent (A/A') flow ratios and the stage numbers on the performances of those three arrangements were investigated. The calculated results indicate that CSCFA gives the best performance for all process conditions examined. AESFA, however, may be either better or worse than CTCFA, depending on the process characterisctics and operating conditions. A presaturation of the solute in either the organic stream or the stripping agent stream was observed when the AESFA was operated at a high A/A' ratio. This anomaly impairs the efficiency and inhibits the benificial influence of increasing O/A ratio of a process with the AESFA.
