- 中文摘要: 在本報告中,我們以電子穿隧實驗研究鉛/銀之鄰近效應。比較鋁一氧化鋁一銀/鉛,鋁一氧化鋁一鉛/銀與鋁一氧化鋁一鉛,鋁一氧化鋁一銀穿隧接合之穿隧實驗結果,我們發現銀薄膜中因鉛薄膜感應而存在之能隙及電子聲子間強作用效應,而在鉛薄膜中因銀薄膜之鄰近使其能隙變小,電子及聲子之強作用效應也減弱。能隙隨薄膜厚度之變化與麥克米倫鄰近效應之理論符合。
- 英文摘要: In this report, we have studied the proximity effect with lead/silverfilms by use of AL-oxide-Ag/Pb and Al-oxide-Pb/Ag tunnelling junctions andcompared these with Al-oxide-Pb and Al-oxide-Ag junctions. From the tunn-elling characteristics we find the induced energy gap and the effect of theinduced strong coupling in silver film due to lead film. The reduction ofthe energy gap and that of the strong coupling effect in lead film due tosilver film are also studied. The energy gap thickness dependence is shownto be in agreement with the McMillan's tunnelling model of the supercon-ducting proximity effect.
