對流大氣邊界層之相似理論

將對流大氣邊界層依其結構特性分成二層,亦即混合層及混合層上之亂流逆溫層。從各層之動力特性及連續的要求,我們可以導出對流大氣邊界層之相似關係式。這些相似關係式顯示六個無因次的參數可以完全描述斜壓對流大氣邊界層的特性,此六個參數分別為h/L, h/z ,hf/u ,(h/ )( / z),(h/u )( / z),(h/u )( / z)。從這些相似關係式我們可進一步導出傳統的大氣邊界層相似函數a,b,c。從這些理論結果與高階收合大氣邊界層數值模式,以及一些觀測結果比較,在定性上甚為符合。更重要的此新理論對於大氣邊界層在赤道位置上奇異點的特性有重大的改進,與事實較為符合。

General shmilarity relationships of the convective planetary boundary layer (PBL) have been deducedby consideration of the boundary layer as two distinct layers, i.e., the well-mixed layer and the turbulentinversion layer. These similarity relationships reveal that six dimensionless parameters are needed todescribe the general baroclinic convective PBL, i.e.,h/L, h/ , hf/u , h/ ( / z), h/u ( / z), andh/u ( / z). Thus, both the inner conditions of the atmospheric surface layer and the outer conditionsof the free atmosphere are responsible for the similarity of a convective PBL. Finaliy, analytical forms ofthe conventional similarity function a,b, and c can be determined from these similarity relationships. Thiskind of approach has been supported by results obtained from a higher-order-closure model of the PBL.Furthermore, the deduced PBL resistance and wind turning properties agree qualitatively with observations.More importantly some of the sigularities existent in other similarity theories of the equatorial PBL havebeen eliminated in this news similarity theory.
