- 英文摘要: A new method for laser beam scanning by intracavity modulation isproposed. The structure of the proposed electro-optical scanner is describedand the particular geometries chosen for the intra-cavity devices and mir-rors are justified. The problem is formulated in terms of integral equa-tions and its numerical solutions are carried out by computer. The spotsize and the position shift of the optical beam are calculated by the ap-proximate analytic formulas and are compared with the numerical results.The conditions for realization of this device are also considered.
