- 中文摘要: 在布氏(Bridgman)單晶體生長中,由於所用的坩堝其縱橫比(Aspect ratio)常大於1,而且坩堝又常是封閉的,以至一般的攪拌法都不能適用。本文中介紹一種新的攪拌技術,耦合垂直振動法(CPV),能有效地應用于布氏單晶體生長法中。 描述耦合垂直振動法的數學分析,顯示出這是一種強力的攪動作用。理論上計算得到的攪動頻率和實驗的數據相吻合。 在室溫下對耦合垂直振動法進行一系列的研究,探討縱橫比不同的坩堝,不同黏度的液體和不同振動頻率的運動下,獲得均勻液體的時間。當和坩堝加速旋轉運動(ACRT)攪拌法相比較時,耦合垂直振動法的效果也是較優的。
- 英文摘要: A mathematical model has been developed to describe the influence of the new Coupled Perpen-diculed Vibrations (CPV) method on fluid flow in a Bridgman type crucible. The results show that CPVcreates a kind of sloshing motion. The sloshing frequency calculated was close to the experimental data. A systematic study of the fluid flow induced by CPV motion was carried out at room temperatureusing an aqueous solution of glycerol in D.I. water. Relationships between the aspect ratio of the crucible,the liquid viscosity and the vibrational frequency were investigated. Comparing the mixing effect betweenCPV and ACRT (Accelerated Crucible Rotation Technique), the former is superior to the latter.
