戶外用集成材之防腐膠合塗裝及耐候性試驗

九種省產試材,經防腐處理或不防腐處理後,再以苯二酚及苯二酚———酚樹脂膠合成集成材,然後加以塗裝,並分別放置於臺北之室內,臺北、溪頭及竹山等室外,經八個月曝露試驗後,得下列結論: 1. 未經防腐處理者,經3~4月之曝露後,即開始生黴,而防腐者,雖經八月之久,尚無生黴之跡象。 2. 苯二酚———酚樹脂之膠合集成材比苯二酚樹脂之膠合集成材之耐候性佳。 3. 防腐處理可延緩塗膜之劣化,而造成塗膜劣化之主因為日光之照射。 4.一般言之,防腐處理會影響木材之膠合剪力。 5. 木材膠合層之劣化,乃是由兩端開始,然後逐漸向內延伸。 6. 日照較強的地方,塗膜之劣化較迅速,而潮濕之地方較易生黴。

Nine locally produced wood species, afterpreservative treatment, were assembled by usingresorcinol or resorcinol-phenol adhesive intolaminated woods. The laminated woods werefinished with palyurethane resin, and then wereplaced at the laboratory, roof of Taipei, Chu-shan, or Chi-tou separately. After eight monthsexposure, conclusions are made as follows: 1. The untreated wood were attacked bymold after 3 to 4 months exposure test. However,the preservative-treated woods were not attackedby mold. 2. The weatherability of resorcinol-phenolresin glued laminated woods were better thanthose of resorcinol resin glued laminated woods. 3. The degree of deterioration of coatingfilms could be surpressed by preservative treat-went. Presumably the sun radiation was partiallyabsorbed by preservatives. 4. The glue line shear strength, generallyspeaking, was affected by preservative treatment. 5. The deterioration of glue line began atthe two ends of laminated glue line, and thenwent gradually into the inner part of laminatedwood. 6. The deterioration of coating films wasfaster at a sunny place. However the mold grewfaster at a humid locaticn.
