- 中文摘要: 本論文闡明利用超塑性成形與擴散接合複合加工方法由設計、模擬、到製造輕重量結構所需之方法與技術。本文的重點在於明確指出工業界為建立此先進技術所必須設置之重要元素。所討論的內容包括成品設計與分析,製程設計與有限元素模擬,一個由簡單超塑性吹氣成形的試驗即可求得應力與應變率關係的方法,以及利用最佳化技術決定預成品之初始形狀的軟體系統。實際製造時所遭遇之困難均被確定並一一克服。最後則討論以此技術製成之工件的機械強度,包括接合強度、彎曲阻抗、與疲勞強度。
- 英文摘要: This paper illustrates some necessary methodologies and techniques for design, simulation, andmanufacturing of light-weight products using the combined diffusion bonding and superplastic formingmethods. The focus is on determining the critical ingredients needed by the industry to establish suchadvanced technology. Discussion of the related issues includes product design and analysis, process designand superplastic simulation, a method for determining the stress-strain rate relation by means of a simplesuperplastic inflation test, and initial shape determination of the preform using the optimization technique.Difficulties encountered in actual production are identified and overcome. Mechanical properties, includingthe bonding strength, bending resistance, and fatigue strength, of the fabricated components are charac-terized by experiments and finite element calculations.
