- 英文摘要: A 9-branch polystyrene star was studied through means of intrinsic viscosity and dynamic light scattering in dilute solution in both a good and a theta solvent. The branch parameters "g" (the ratio of the mean-square radius of gyration of the branched molecule to that of a linear chain possessing an equal number of segments) and "h" (the ratio of the friction coefficients of branched and linear polymers of the same number of segments) were respectively evaluated by intrinsic viscosity .lbrak..eta..rbrak. and translational diffusion coefficient at zero concentration D/sub t//sup o/. A good agreement between the theory and the experimental results was obtained.
