- 中文摘要: 本文提出成功大學10 CM × 10 CM磁浮風洞的量測和校正方法。磁浮風洞是架構在磁浮懸浮系統的基礎上,而校正的實驗裝置是使用線和軸承的架構。在特定位置不同姿態,量測電流和外力的各關係,能經由量測的電流來代表各自由度所受的力。在本文中經由電流的量測推論出力和力矩的關係已被建立。經由此一達成,基本磁浮懸浮的風洞在各自由度的力和力矩能被直接獲得。使得磁浮懸浮的風洞能使用於實際的空氣動力測量。
- 英文摘要: This paper presents measurement and calibration of the established NCKU 10 cm x 10 cm magneticsuspension wind tunnel. The proposed wind tunnel is constructed based on a magnetic suspension balancesystem (MSBS). A calibration fixture with wire-ball bearings was designed for the experiments. Basedon the current-force relationship in this MSBS, the calibration procedure was tested with the test modeloperated at certain coordinates under different attitude controls. Current measurements representingexerting forces and moments on the test model are obtained from externally applied loads on each degreeof freedom. The relationship between the exerting forces and moments on the test model to the elec-tromagnetic currents are established. From the results, using the measurement data, a basic wind tunneltest to obtain the exerting force and moment in each degree of freedom on the test model can directlybe obtained in this MSBS. This practical magnetic suspension wind tunnel can be used for aerodynamictests.
