• 中文摘要： 本文係利用問卷調查分析民國八十年至八十四年間經濟學門研究資源之投入與產出結果，據以探討我國目前經濟學門研究的現況，進而研討學門發展的優勢與劣勢。研究結果顯示：從人力的專長分布來看，以具有財務與金融專長人次最多，其他依次為國際經濟學、數理與數量方法、產業組織與政策、總體經濟學等領域；但方法論與經濟思想史、法律與經濟學、經濟制度等三個領域之專長人次相對非常稀少。在研究成果方面，過去五年經濟學門的發表件數呈現逐年上升的趨勢，這些成果多發表於會議論文、國內期刊、及計畫成果報告書等。研究成果以農業與自然資源經濟學、財務與金融、國際經濟學、城鄉與區域經濟學、產業組織與政策等五個領域較多；經濟學概論與教學、方法論與經濟思想史、其他專題、法律與經濟學、經濟制度等領域則較少。
• 英文摘要： This paper analyzes the research input and output relationship in economics during the period between1991 and 1995. The main findings are as follows: the majority of scholars conduct studies in the field offinancial economics, and the remainder mainly focus on international economics, quantitative methods,industrial organization and policy, and macroeconomics. However, scholars investigating economic history, laweconomics and economic systems are relatively few. As a result, publications in the past five years have beensteadily increasing, with most appearing in domestic journals, conference collections and project reports. Mostpublications come from agricultural and natural resource economics, financial economics, internationaleconomics, urban and regional economics, and industrial organization and policy; the rest are from economicmethodology and history, law economics, economic systems and other economic specialities.
