稻殼水泥板之研究

本文目的在於嘗試利用形同廢物,且需加以廢棄處理之稻殼取代砂石部分,以拌製成混凝土之試驗研究。稻殼材料包含粗粒(未處理)及細粒(細碎粒徑小於2.0 mm)兩種。分別依其特性拌製成粒間孔隙式及緻密式稻殼水泥板。試驗結果顯示,利用稻殼與水泥混合水以鑄造水泥板,具有十足之可行性。於顧及實用上之強度要求時,可從水泥漿含量、夯實方汰及水灰比等條件加以調整。增加混凝土中水泥漿含量為提高水泥板強度最直接有效之手段;促進夯賓效果(提高靜壓力或夯實能量)亦可收改善之實,但幅度較小,惟較合乎經濟效益。

Try to utilize the rice hull on the manu-facture of cementboard is the main purpose ofthis paper. Two kinds of rice hull, namely,coarse grain (raw material) and fine grain(2.0 mm), are used to cast the porous and densecementboard. The test results show that ricehull is quite possible and suitable for thecementboard. In considering the requirementof strength of cementboard in the practice, itcan be improved by choosing the better mortarcontent, consolidation method and water cementratio. Among them the increase of mortarcontent is the most effective method to achievea higher strength; the better consolidation canalso do excellent improvement in increasing itsstrength and, meanwhile, it offers a morefavorable cost of manufacture.
