台灣仿仔雞灰藍色基目個案研究

在 、E/-、B1/ 之毛色基因型組合下,表現出灰藍色羽毛;
其外觀之特異性在於 E- 基因應表現的黑色羽毛悉數被 B1 基因稀釋成灰藍色,但
與 E- 基因相關連的黑色腳脛仍保持原色。
本試驗調查此紅色可尼西品系在引入白蘆花血統後,部分個體毛色遺傳型組合
呈 B1/- ,但 B1- 基因對紅棕類黑素無稀釋作用,故使紅
色可尼西部分個體成為 B1- 基因之攜帶者。當以紅色可尼西全部的品系組成試交的
公系配以純黑之澳洲黑母系,可得兩類子代:黑色(E/-、)、灰藍色(E/
-、B1/);並藉此子代估計此紅色公系親代之 B1- 基因頻率為0.049±0.00128
,其中另分別估計 US-83 品系、US-84 品系得0.024、0.082。
對灰藍色與黑色仿仔肉?前期生長速率測定,顏色之內並無顯著差異性,故
B1- 基因在生長速率上不具影響力。t

The phenotype of an individualwith the plumage color of the genotypiccombination, E/-, B1/,is blue. The speciality in appearance isshown that B1-gene would completelydilute the black of E-gene into theblue; however, the black shank colorcorrelated with the E-gene is still notdiversified. The B1-gene of Red Cornish in thisexperiment came from some WhitePlymouth Rock strain and the formermerely becomes a blue gene carrierbecause it is ineffective against phaeo-melanin. As the ratio of the two kinds ofthe progeny, produced with pooledsemen from all Red Cornish strains,could estimate the B1-gene frequency,0.049±0.00128 in population. Two ofthem, US-83 and US-84 strains, are0.024 and 0.082 respectively. About the growth rate test, theblue and black commercials have nosignificant difference, on growth at 8weeks of age between colorations, sothe B1-gene couldn't affect the growthrate.
