- 中文摘要: 本研究目的在於探討零售業技術移轉雙方之文化差異與合作關係,對於技術接受與提升程度之影響;且分析技術提供與接受程度,對於技術提升程度之影響。文化差異包括社會文化與企業文化,零售業技術區分為觀念性、戰略性、管理性、作業性等技術。由因素分析得知,社會文化包含生活習性、法律規範及消費行為,企業文化包括促進式領導與創新意願,合作關係包括合作意願與溝通狀況。本研究以技術接受程度進行集群分析,將樣本分為低度、中度、高度技術接受群。由迴歸分析得知,技術移轉雙方在企業文化方面愈相似,對於技術接受與提升程度愈有幫助;雙方合作關係愈佳,對於技術接受與提升程度愈有幫助;技術接受與提供程度愈高,則技術提升程度愈佳。
- 英文摘要: The purpose of this study aims to discuss the influence of the culture differences and cooperation relationshipbetween the retailing know-how transferring partners on the acceptance and improvement of the know-how. It attemptsto analyze the impact of the supporting and accepting degree on the improvement of the retailing know-how. Culturedifferences include social and corporate culture. Retailing know-how is divided into concept, strategy, management, andoperation technology. The factor analysis shows that the social culture includes living habits, law norms, and consump-tion behavior. The corporate culture includes facilitative leadership and innovation intention. The cooperation relation-ship includes cooperation intention and communication. The sample is divided by cluster analysis into low, middle, andhigh acceptance clusters. The hypotheses are tested by regression analysis. The similarity of corporate culture betweenthe transferring partners shows positive influence on the acceptance and improvement of the know-how transferring.The cooperation relationship between the partners proves to be helpful to the acceptance and improvement of the trans-ferring process. The accepting and supporting degree have significant impact on the improvement of the retailing know-how.
