- 中文摘要: 本文描述五種臺灣產赤蛙屬蛙類的染色體型。金線蛙、澤蛙、虎皮蛙和貢德氏蛙的二倍體核,各有二十六個染色體,其 中有五對較長的染色體和八對較短的染色體。染色體大都?中?點染色體,其餘?側?點染色體。金線蛙的核仁構造體在第 十一對染色體的長臂,澤蛙的在第六對的短臂,虎皮蛙的在第六對的長臂,貢德氏蛙的在第八對的長臂。古氏蛙的二倍體核 僅有二十二個染色體,其十一對染色體的長度逐漸減短,所檢視的分裂中期細胞,未曾發現核仁染色體。這五種蛙均無性染 色體的存在。本文就已發表的赤蛙屬蛙類染色體型與之比較及檢討。
- 英文摘要: The karyotypes of five species of local Raninae were described. Rana plancyi, R. l. limnocharis, R. tigrina rugulosa and R. guentheri have a diploid chromosome number of 26. There are invariably five pairs of large chromosomes and eight pairs of small ones in the nucleus. Only metacentric and submetacentric chromosomes are found in the complement, the former is more co.nmon than the latter. The nucleolar organizers are located in the long arm of chromosome 11 of R. plancyi, in the short arm of chromosome 6 of R. l. limnocharis, in the long arm of chromosome 6 of R. tigrina rugulosa, and in the long arm of chromosome 8 of R. guentheri. Rar.a kuhlii has a diploid chromosome number of 22. It has a series of 11 homologous chromosome pairs of gradual transition in size. No nucleolar organizer is observed in its metaphase plates. No sex chromosomes have been recognized in any of the five Rana species examined. Comparisons on karyotypes of other Rana species were made.
