養鰻魚池之生態研究

本實驗之水質和生物資料乃是由1976年9月至1977年4月取自宜蘭縣梅村水產公司。水質測定包括水溫、pH值、溶氧量、亞硝酸及硝酸態氮量、有機磷酸量等項。生物資料包括動物性浮游生物的定性和定量。 在實驗期間,依季節的不同,共採集六次,每次均在養殖池換水之後水質穩定時採集,由此六次自鰻魚池所作之採集中,得到了以下的結果: 1.各實驗池由於放養過密,致使溶氧偏低。pH值、水溫及水中溶氧量三者之間的月變化仍相當一致。 2. NO &N0 -N (ppm)在春天低而冬天時高。P0 -P (ppm)在冬天低而秋天時偏高。 3.浮游動物在每天中、下午多而上午較少,冬季時(12月及1月)由於輪蟲的異常增殖,致使浮游動物個體量(abundance)大量的增加,而造成輪蟲的大量繁殖,乃是低水溫抑制了魚池中大部份的生物繁殖。由於鰻魚池在冬季經常注入地下水以保持水溫,使得能適應較低溫的輪蟲得以大量增殖。 4.淡水輪蟲是六次採集中個證量最多之浮游動物,整年共發現7屬19種,而且有演替(Succession)的現象,具廣溫性種(Eurythermal sp.)較多,這是鰻魚池冬季輪蟲個體量得以偏高的原因之一。而鰻魚池中營養鹽濃度終年性偏高,也是主要的原因。

Zooplankton and water samplings were col-lected monthly from September 1976 to April1977 in the cultured eel pond, I-Ian. Zooplanktonincluded monthly and daily variation of bothquantitative and qualitative analysis and wateranalysis included water temperature, pH value,dissolved oxygen and concentration of NO ,NO , and PO . Generally lower dissolved oxygen valueswere obtained in comparison with other fishingpond, this possibly may be due to over crowdedof eels. Daily change among pH value, watertemperature and dissolved oxygen was foundsomewhat coincident. Concentration of N0 and NO was found lower during spring monthsand higher during winter months. On thecontrary the concentration of P0 lower duringwinter months. The abundance of zooplankton was foundthat the rotifer was the sole major group, nearly85% to the total zooplankton and even more inboth January and December. Daily variationof abundance was found that higher values wereobtained during noon time. The majority ofrotifer showed that they are eurythermal group.
