• 中文摘要： 將馬鈴薯Y毒素及煙草脈綠崁紋病毒素之罹病組織以陰染法及超薄切片法行電子顯微鏡比較觀察，發現兩種應屬於同一?毒素。另一方面，以葉浸血清法觀察之結果，雖然不能見到馬鈴薯Y毒素之抗體附著於煙草脈綠嵌紋病毒素之粒子周圍或使毒素粒子聚台，但發現部份毒素粒子有斷裂之現象，因此認為煙草脈綠嵌紋病毒素可能為馬鈴薯Y毒素之一個系統。以陰染法觀察煙草脈綠嵌紋病罹病汁液時，見到其內含體與馬鈴薯Y毒素之內含體同樣具有5nm間隔之條紋，又在煙草脈綠嵌紋病罹病組織之超薄切片中觀察到葉綠體具有特殊微細構造之內含體。
• 英文摘要： Virus particles and cytoplasmic inclusions induced by tobacco vein-banding mosaic virus (TVBMV) were compared with potato virus Y (PVY)under an electron microscope. Observations of negatively stained prepara-tions and ultrathin sections indicate that both viruses of TVBMV and PVYmay be included in the same group, PVY group. Leaf-dip serological test forelectron microscopic identification found that the virus rods of tobacco vein-banding mosaic were not coated with PVY-antibody and did not findaggregation of TVBMV rods either, but detected breaking of the rod particles.TVBMV therefore, is believed to be a strain of PVY. Similar to PVY-induced inclusions, the TVBMV-induced inclusions also has striations ofaverage interval of 5 nm in negatively stained extracts. Inclusions withcharacteristic fine structure were observed in ultrathin section of thechloroplasts of TVBMV infected tobacco leaves.
