- 中文摘要: 自民國67年7月至68年6月止,對中華肝吸蟲流行地區:日月潭、臺南市安南區及高雄縣美濃鎮轄內人畜進行其感染情形調查,並在流行病學上作深入探討。其結果:日月潭地區養豬戶,以水社村的豬欄污染率較高(31.6%),此些農家都以觀光飯店的剩餌為其豬飼料,因而有中華肝吸蟲的寄生(由於剩餌中含有中華肝吸蟲的囊幼生魚片)。臺南市安南區母豬惑染中華肝吸蟲佔13.2%,此感染源仍由於餵其魚池中的生魚給豬食的結果所致,而使母豬成為此蟲在該豬場的感染源(因母豬絕少有淘汰者)。 各地居民及學生,所施行中華肝吸蟲皮內反應試驗結果,8,174人受檢中有2,480人(30.3%)呈陽性,而依地理區域,美濃地區的陽性率(學生34.8%,教職員工51.9%)高於日月潭地區 (學生14.3%,教職員工7.9%)。於糞便檢查結果,受檢1,590人中871人(54.8%)為其陽性,由此可知居民患有中華肝吸蟲的比率是很高。 日月潭池內以克氏鱎、羅漢魚有100%感染中華肝吸蟲的囊幼,臺南市安南區漁牧綜合經營地區,烏魚有91.6%,草魚83.3%,鯽魚78.5%,雜種吳郭魚63.6%。而美濃地區,鯽魚75%,雜種吳郭魚55.5%,草魚28.5%。 因此,豬隻販賣移動,由惑染地買入豬隻,而移入另一新的漁牧綜合經營豬舍,則變成了中華肝吸蟲寄生污染的擴大,這在中華肝吸蟲症的流行病學上,豬隻成了一重要角色。
- 英文摘要: An epidemiological survey on the zoonoticclonorchiasis of man and livestock was con-ducted in several areas of Taiwan, i. e., SunMoon Lake, An-Nan district of Tainan Cityand Meinung township of Kaohsiung from July1978 to June 1979. The results are summarizedas follows: 1. Examination of stools collected from pigsties: Stool samples collected from 61 pigstieswere examined for the presence of helmintheggs and protozoa. A total of 8 species ofhelminth eggs and 2 species of protozoa werefound. Among them, the contamination rateof Clonorchis eggs was 31.6% (6 of 19 pigsties)at Shui-She village near Sun Moon Lake, thisis the highest rate among 8 villages examined.However, in the above village, the swines werechiefly fed with the left-over collected fromtourist hotels around the lake. The infection rate of metacercaria in fishof the lake was almost 100%, consequently, theswine became more easily infected withClonorchis in this area. 2. Examination of swine stools: In An-Nan district, the infection rate ofClonorchis among breeder sows was 13.2%. Thebreeder sows were fed with raw fish obtainedfrom fish ponds where the fish is highlyinfected with the metacercaria of Clonorchis.The breeder sows therefore became the majorsource of Clonorchis infection in this area,because they are reared many years. 3. Examination of the second intermediate host-fresh water fish: One hundred per cent of 120 fish Hemiculterkneri which is chiefly raised in Sun MoonLake was positive for the metacercaria ofClonorchis. Pseudorasbora para raised in thislake is also 100% infected. In An-Nan district,Mugil cephalus, Ctenopharyngodon idellus, Car-assius auratus and Tilapia hybrid were infectedwith the metacercaria of Clonorchis 91.6%,83.3%, 78.5% and 63.6/o respectively, and inMeinung township, Carassius auratus, Tilapiahybrid and Ctenopharyngodon idellus were 75%,55.5% and 28.5% respectivily. 4. Intradermal tests and stool examinations among adults and students: In total, 2,480 persons (30.3%) out of 8,174tested with Clonorchis antigen exhibited positivereaction. According to the districts of residence,people in Meinung township showed morepositives (students 34.8%, school staff 51.9%)than those in Shui-She village, Sun Moon Lake(student 14.3%, school staff 7.9%). On stool examinations, 871 persons (54.8%)of 1,590 examined showed positive forClonorchis eggs, and 150 persons (17.2%) of 871positives had their egg counts above 1,000 pergram feces. The result of egg-count alsoshowed that in older ages (staffs) the intensityof Clonorchis infection is higher than that inyoungers (students).
