- 英文摘要: In vitro vascular pharmacodynamics of minoxidil were studied by det-ermination of pD2, PA2, or PD1:values in dog aortic strips. Increasing dosesof minoxidil produce a progressive noncompetitive blockade of norepin-ephrine with pD/2=5.8410.27. The contraction elicited by barium is alsoblocked by minoxidil, but the antagonism between minoxidil and bariumis competitive with pA2一pAio一0.9710.14. The results support the competitiveblockade of barium (calcium)by minoxidil as a mechanism for its antihyper-tensive action.
